DESCRIPTION

An advanced Polymer Composite formulated to protect equipment  from extreme chemical attack and corrosion. A low viscosity Composite that is easily applied be brush, roller, squeegee, or a plural component sprayer system. VC 2004 may be applied at a minimun thickness of 250 microns per coat. Colors are light grey, and medium grey.

VC 2004 Chemical Resistant Composite may be used alone, or in conjunction with other Polymer Composite. A tow coat application of VC 2004 provides protection from concentrated acids, alkalies, and solvents. The cured Composite provides outstanding chemical resistance with a high gross finish.

  COMPOSITION - AN ADVANCED MATRIX POLYMER

Composite utilizing a densely crosslinked, multifunctional resin structure similar to those used in advanced composites.

  PACKAGING

Material is available in two packing sized : 1 kg. and 4.5 kg. each package contains two premeasured containers(Part A and Part B). A mixing tool, an applicator, a brush and application instruction are also included.

  CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

Tested at 21 oC (70 oF). Sample cured 10 days at 25 oC (77 oF), post curing will improve chemical resistance.

1 = Continuous long term immersion
2 = Short term/intermittent immersion
3 = Splash and spill with immediate clean up, vapors
4 = Not recommended for direct contact
